Our Return Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal
   • If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return the product within 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with Danish consumer protection regulations.
   • The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
   • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service to receive further instructions.
2. Product Defects and Complaints
   
   • Please report any issues as soon as possible by contacting us with details and supporting documentation (e.g., photos).
3. Custom and Special Orders
   • Products that are custom-made or ordered specifically for your needs may not be eligible for returns unless they are faulty or do not match the agreed specifications.
   • We will inform you about return eligibility before finalizing your purchase.

4. Return Costs

   • In case of a voluntary return (e.g., change of mind), the cost of return shipping is covered by the customer.
   • If the return is due to a fault on our side (wrong item, defective product), Scand Link will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Processing Time

   • Once we receive your returned product and confirm its condition, refunds will be processed within 14 days, using the same payment method as the original purchase.

6. How to Return a Product

   • Contact us via email or phone to initiate the return process.
   • Pack the item securely to avoid damage during transit.
   • Use the provided return shipping label (if applicable) and send the package to the designated return address.
